Every European company which has been registered into VIES (European Taxation System). During the ordering procedure you have to input your VAT Registration Number. If failed to be verified you will not be able to order.
Every non-European company provides a National Registration Number.

Visiting the product page you add the item into your cart. You can add multiple and different items in the same cart. When you finish with the items which you want to order, you proceed to checkout.

You have to fill in your Billing and Shipping details. Once your details will be verified, a sum of your order together with payment details will appear. At the same time you will receive notification emails regarding your order containing all the details.

Due to the prices we are offering, we sell products by pallet. Pallet is our quantity unit.   You can buy 1,2 or more pallets per product, but not less than one.
For some products min quantity is more than one pallet (2,3 or 4). For these products you can not choose just one pallet. In case that you want less or mix pallet contact us to quote you regarding your needs.   In case that your order exceeds the amount of 18 pallets, contact us to offer you an additional discount.

After an order has been placed our system will send you an Invoice and at the same time your order will be forwarded to the production plant or the logistic center for loading. You will receive our Bank references, and the invoice should be paid within 24 hours. Payments are accepted only into  our bank account according the details which you have received. After the payment window of 24 hours has expired and we have not confirmed your payment, your order will be canceled.

We have contracts directly with production plants, warehouses, logistic centers. From where exactly will dispatch a product depends on the product and the delivery country.

As we are working with the biggest European producers, which are making products also for other European countries, not just for the local markets, we can supply you with products made specific for your country with specific text language.

Due to the fact that we are working with the biggest European producers, which are making products also for other European countries, the products we will supply you with will be made specific for your country, the products will be the same as you can find in any local supermarket, so the taste will be the same.

We send products to Europe and all over the World. The Cost for delivery to almost every European city is 80 euro per pallet. For deliveries outside Europe the cost per pallet will increase.
